We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid on or prior to the trip date before the beginning of the trip. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Out of town pick-ups/drop-offs will be charged at the hourly rate in the run sheet for travel time based on the (Gar-out time/Gar-in time).
All deposits are NON refundable. In order to ensure full refund, any cancellations must be confirmed at least 14 days before reserved day of service. All cancellations within 24 hours of time of service are NON refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of service will be given a store credit to be used at a later date no later than six months after the original trip date.
